1. Nature of Service
   Hill Education (Pty Ltd) is an independent private educational support company registered in South Africa. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any examination board, school, university or regulatory authority

2. Access
   Purchase grants access to the Hill Education course library for a period of one year from date of payment. Access is personal and non-transferable.

3. Intellectual Property
   All course materials, documents, systems, frameworks and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Hill Education. Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, shared or resold in any form.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Hill Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

1. Academic Outcomes
   Hill Education provides structured academic support and bridging resources. We do not guarantee examination results, academic improvement, university admission, exemption status or any specific performance outcome. Student success depends on individual effort, application and external institutional criteria.

2. No Affiliation Representation
   Use of terms such as Cambridge, IEB or GED refers only to curriculum alignment for support purposes and does not imply accreditation or official partnership.

3. Limitation of Liability
   Hill Education shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service.

4. Modifications
   Hill Education reserves the right to update content, structure or policies at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing or accessing the platform, users agree to these terms.
