AWS re:Invent Preparation (USA) - Noa Nirman

This project involved designing and delivering a bespoke executive English curriculum tailored specifically to Noa’s role as a Client Partner operating within the AWS ecosystem. The programme was built to prepare her for high-level international communication at AWS re:Invent in the United States.

Rather than focusing on general English improvement, the curriculum targeted real-world performance in fast-paced global tech environments. The structure integrated networking frameworks, executive conversation strategies, and technical-to-business translation skills to ensure clarity when discussing cloud innovation, digital transformation, AI, and customer success.

Key components included:
• Structured conference networking models
• 60-second positioning and impact pitching
• Handling follow-up questions confidently
• Managing spontaneous discussion turns
• Adapting to American business communication style
• Reducing overthinking to increase fluency under pressure

The objective was practical fluency, executive presence, and performance readiness. By the time of the conference, Noa was able to engage confidently with international professionals, contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions, and represent her expertise with clarity, authority, and composure.

This project demonstrates how targeted, role-specific English preparation directly enhances executive confidence and measurable communication performance in global technology environments.
