Pilot Interview Preparation Programme

This project involved designing a focused interview preparation programme for a pilot applying to Peach Airlines. The curriculum was built around competency-based aviation interviews, helping the candidate translate real flight experience into clear, structured answers using the STAR method. Emphasis was placed on CRM, safety culture, decision-making under pressure, and confident panel communication. Mock interview simulations provided targeted feedback and refinement. The goal was authentic, professional delivery rather than memorised responses. By completion, the candidate demonstrated calm, structured, and technically precise communication aligned with airline expectations for international flight operations.
